Hi everybody, in this video I show you how to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles and butt (gluteus maximus muscles) using a simple standing technique with weights. This is a wonderful exercise to add to your sit ups and crunches routine to make sure you target your core so that you can achieve that flat strong stomach. The added bonus is that it also works your butt and hamstring muscles. You can do this exercise at the gym or at home. I recommend doing it at least 3 times per week.
